Clean Air

The CNEP Air Program received a 2006 Clean Air Excellence Award in the category of Community Action. The award ceremony was held in May 2007 in Washington, D.C. at the National Museum of the American Indian.

GAP

The principle objective of ITEC's GAP program continues to focus on providing opportunities for its member Tribes to assess, evaluate and develop plans to address environmental and public health issues.

IBRP

The ITEC Brownfields Response Program is here to help the ITEC member tribes redevelop properties that may or do have contamination.

Pesticides

The primary goal of the ITEC Pesticides Program is to improve human health and the environment among member tribes by building tribal capacity to establish, implement, and maintain a pesticides program.

Superfund

ITEC has evaluated 256 potentially hazardous waste sites under the Superfund Program which could impact member tribes and their lands. The sites were located on or near trust lands within tribes' jurisdictional boundaries.

UST

The ITEC UST(Underground Storage Tanks) Program was developed to serve ITEC member tribes who own or operate underground storage tanks (UST's). ITEC's UST Program strives to assist tribes in reaching the EPA's UST compliance requirements.
